It worked well. A PC-based client called me and needed advice as to how to share some of his photos via CD-ROM with Mac users. We talked about it for quite a while as I described the steps that he would need to describe. Then I made a short video _showing the process_ with Jing & posted it. It took 1 minute. When he opened the link, he said "a picture is worth a thousand words." And that was before he saw the video begin. To make a long story short, Jing made a long story short.
